Lee joined Stellar Title as President on February 1, 2008. He brought with him many years of experience with business ownership, start-up, and leadership. Lee has been in real estate related industries such as real estate sales, real estate investments and development, and mortgage since 2002. In addition to his role as President at Stellar Title, Lee also serves as Director of Core Services at Keller Williams and is a consultant to other companies developing Affiliated Business Arrangements. “Due to the complex nature of the real estate industry, I’ve seen first hand, from many different levels, just how important it is to provide clients a level of service that is not only forthright and professional, but also one that is consultative and understanding. Our clients deserve an experience that is unmatched and with that in mind, my philosophy is and has always been that we owe all of our clients and partners our best effort. Michelle Zachary joined Stellar Title Services, L.L.C. as an Escrow Officer on its opening day of August 14, 2006, bringing with her title insurance and escrow closing knowledge and experience. She also brings expertise in specialized areas such as commercial closing, developer/builder sales and acquisitions, construction lending, mortgage lien note sales/exchanges, short-sale and pre-foreclosure resales and reverse mortgage transactions. As a proud member of the Core Services family of companies, Michelle understands that the quality of customer service she provides to her clients is reflected directly in the number of referrals she receives from her "family members". After briefly pursuing her family's wish of an education and career in medicine, Michelle found her way into the title industry over 7 years ago, where she has happily remained ever since. "This may sound a little corny, but I really love what I do for a living! Every day I have the opportunity to be a part of families living the American Dream of home ownership…it is an amazing experience of which I feel truly blessed to be a part." Michelle's role with Stellar goes beyond closing real estate transactions to include staff training, realtor title education seminars, software configuration, document writing and loading, escrow accounting and income reporting…she even pinch-hits with I.T.!
Originally hailing from the Midwest, Michelle Zachary is a 1994 Advanced/Honor
Program graduate of The Colony High School in The Colony, Texas. Michelle is an
active church member and resides in Plano with her husband and young son. She enjoys reading, yoga and spending time with friends and family.

Gary Shuler was born and raised in the Northwestern part of Pennsylvania. After obtaining an accounting degree in college, Gary worked in the accounting department at "Rescue Mission" a non-profit organization that helped feed and shelter homeless people. In 1994, Gary and his wife, Cherie, moved to Columbus, Ohio and he began his financial career in earnest, reconciling Fortune 500 investment accounts for Bank One. When the opportunity to move to warmer weather arose, the Shulers moved to Allen, Texas to be near their son and his family. Capitalizing on past experiences, Gary started the next phase of his career by entering the title business as an Escrow Accountant. "Like most people, I found that buying or selling property can be a scary prospect. After closing on my own house and comparing the experience to the difference I recognized in Stellar Title, I saw that they really do care about their customers! The Stellar Title family does everything they can do to put themselves in their clients' shoes and make them feel as if a friend is in the room with them, not just some agent with a name tag. You see, what the Stellar Title family recognizes is that it is not just a transaction, but a lifetime of memories!" When not at work, Gary enjoys spending time with his granddaughters, Rebecca and Renee, taking long walks, watching musicals, and woodworking. |

Shaundra Reitinger grew up in the family title business but decided to carve out her own name in cosmetology. After leaving an award winning career as a Stylist and Educator for Toni & Guy, it was a natural progression to be drawn to the multi-generational family business of Title Insurance and she embraced her role wholly. Although most of her family enjoys the Escrow side of the industry, Reitinger "found her love and interest" in Abstracting and Title Examination. To forge her own career, Reitinger accepted a position with a national title company and quickly climbed the ranks in Abstracting and combined her love of technology with her examination skills. Wanting to regain the family start up company atmosphere, but in her own arena, Reitinger accepted the Role as Plant Manager / Escrow Assistant at Stellar Title Services, LLC. |

As a native Texan, Allyson began her career in an administrative position for a commercial and industrial real estate company. She made many professional and personal contacts through her job and eventually, decided that the title business was an attractive career choice. Allyson was hired at a national title company and has a background in escrow and is eager to learn all aspects of the title process. As "Funding Coordinator", she had the opportunity to meet most of the clients in person, handle title files and work to assist both staff and customers in many capacities. Allyson is a member of First Baptist Church of Lake Dallas, enjoys rock climbing, kayaking, travel and most outdoor activities. She is currently studying Hebrew, loves to read, study history and archeology. "I really enjoy the atmosphere of a close, personable company", stated Allyson, "Stellar Title is warm, friendly and very professional. They truly value their customers and take great pride in their business. It's rewarding and I look forward to coming to the office each day and helping our company grow".

For the past 5 years, Victoria Matzinger has been in the title industry. Beginning her career in an entry level position in the Mortgage Recording Department for a Bi State Title Company; Victoria worked her way up through the ranks. Working for a fortune 500 company for the past 3 years, Victoria has been examining foreclosures nationwide. She was instrumental in assisting programmers develop a paperless software that mainstreamed the foreclosure process for the nationwide company. Her passion for abstracting, examining, and the personal fulfillment helping families find their American Dream of homeownership brought Victoria to Stellar Title. As the Abstractor/Examiner, Victoria comes to Stellar Title bringing extensive knowledge and experience in the title industry.
Victoria was born and raised in Denton, Texas where she currently resides. She supports local musicians and the University of North Texas Mean Green Eagles. She enjoys sports, outdoor activities and reading a good book. |
